It is described as the largest dairy cooperative in Spain, with more than 6,000 member farmers and over 1,300 staff. The group produces and markets milk, cream, butter, cheese, yogurts and plant-based products under brands including Central Lechera Asturiana, LARSA, ATO, Vegetánea, Flor de Burgos, Innolact and Vega de Oro. Its corporate parent is Corporación Alimentaria Peñasanta (CAPSA). It also sells cream and butter in bulk to the international market and offers agricultural services to its member farms, including milk collection and the Garantía Ganadera livestock-welfare seal. It reports sales above 1 billion euros and an EBITDA of 65.9 million euros. The group reports certifications for B Corp status, carbon neutrality, zero waste and circular economy from AENOR, and an EFQM 500 excellence seal.
