The group's main site is in Gorron, France, with further plants in Replonges and Saint-Didier-sur-Chalaronne (Robert BAS) in France, Halol in Gujarat, India (SERAP India, founded 2009), and Batatais, Brazil (PLURINOX, acquired 2016). A logistics and assembly platform in Guadalajara, Mexico supports Latin American distributors with technical assistance, after-sales service and spare parts. The company reports its milk coolers as the largest on-farm milk cooler range worldwide and exports across several continents. Employees hold a majority shareholding through an employee buy-out. The group states it holds more than 40 patents and models.
