2iC is a UK company that develops software for digital interoperability in the battlespace. Its core product is a modular, open architecture software layer that connects legacy and current military systems, sensors, devices and platforms, including uncrewed systems and TAK ecosystems, over tactical and disconnected networks. The Lean Services Architecture, invented by 2iC, was tested and published as an open standard by the UK Ministry of Defence in 2014. 2iC sells off-the-shelf software, subscriptions and services directly and through systems integrators, consultancies and equipment manufacturers. Its software is deployed by defence forces in the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand, and is also applied in healthcare, telecare and emergency services. The company was co-founded by Graham Booth and Nick Peach.
