Defensor Group AB is a Swedish defence industry group founded in 2025 that invests in and develops companies in the defence and security sector. The group was formed in August 2025 with Flat Capital AB as its largest owner. Its businesses include ArmaTech, a Nordic system supplier and partner to manufacturers in the defence, law enforcement and security sector, and SAFE4U, a manufacturer of ballistic personal protection equipment for police, military and special forces. Defensor also holds Zulu Marine AB, which builds high-performance boats for government users, Novator Solutions AB, which develops SIGINT and electronic warfare solutions, and Crepitans AB, which works on critical defence technologies. The group states a focus on Nordic defence capabilities, industrial scale combined with entrepreneurial speed, and support for Swedish and Ukrainian security. Defensor has joined SOFF, the Security and Defence Industry Association of Sweden.
