Founded in 1996, Degen-Logistik-Koblenz is a defense maintenance and support provider based in Koblenz, Germany working in mro & logistics, land systems & vehicles.

Degen-Logistik-Koblenz GmbH is a Koblenz-based company founded in 1996 that supplies spare parts and components to the Bundeswehr. It started as a sales representative for other companies towards the Federal Office for Equipment, IT and In-Service Support (BAAINBw) in Koblenz. Over time it expanded into two service areas: central procurement, which involves bidding on Bundeswehr tenders for parts and components, and decentralised procurement, which supplies individual Bundeswehr units with spare parts for wheeled and tracked vehicles. The company specialises in obsolete spare parts (Fehlteile) for older military vehicles still in service, and can reproduce parts from a single sample or incomplete drawings, including in small quantities. Its manufacturing capabilities cover sheet metal bending, laser cutting, welded structures, turning, milling, deep drawing, stamping, castings, and surface treatment such as powder coating, electroplating and wet painting. It also supplies electronic assemblies, cable assemblies and switchgear. The company maintains a stock held in agreement with customers for direct availability and operates an external warehouse in Koblenz. It holds ISO 9001 certification, first obtained in 2011 from TÜV Rheinland and renewed in August 2018. Its management is led by Klaus Schloemer and Michael Schloemer.
