Intelic, trading as Intelic and formerly Avalor AI, is a defence software company based in Amsterdam with a second office in Kyiv. Founded in September 2021, it develops Nexus, a platform-agnostic command and control system that connects unmanned air, land and sea systems from different manufacturers into a single operator interface. Nexus includes onboard AI for mission autonomy in GNSS-denied and electronic warfare environments and integrates with battle management systems such as ATAK, Delta and SITWARE. The company also operates Intelic BASE, a procurement hub for unmanned systems already integrated with Nexus. Its software has been used in operations in Ukraine and tested with the Dutch and Italian armed forces. The company states it works under a human-in-the-loop principle and compliance with the Law of Armed Conflict.
