Oscilion is a Swedish company developing software-defined electromagnetic warfare solutions, including radar jamming systems and counter-UAS systems for defence forces. Its roots lie in a 1993 project for the Swedish Army, when Microdata Innovation developed the Astor ground-based radar jammer. The Astor family was later developed for the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), with the Astor III serving as the backbone of target aircraft radar jamming. The company operates under the former name My-konsult until its rebranding in 2024. Oscilion's portfolio includes the Astor IV, Eclipse, the OutGuard counter-UAS family and a sodium-ion battery module for defence energy storage. In 2018 and 2022 Oscilion acquired stakes in and later full ownership of JPC Composite and Marstrom Composite AB, which are part of the Scandinavian Astor Group. The company reports ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and EASA 1.45 approval.
