Oxley Group is a UK-based designer and manufacturer of electronic and electro-optic systems and components for defence, aerospace, rail and telecommunications applications. Founded in 1942 by Robert Frederick Oxley in Ulverston, Cumbria, the company is known for LED lighting systems for military and aerospace use, night vision lighting and upgrades, EMI filters, interconnect components and data capture products. Design, manufacturing and test are largely kept in-house at its Priory Park headquarters. Its US subsidiary, Oxley Inc in Branford, Connecticut, was established in 1976 and is approved as an FAA Part 145 Repair Station. The company works with aerospace and defence primes including BAE Systems, Saab, General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin.
