TSS International, based in Barendrecht, Netherlands, was founded in 1976 to keep vehicles and their occupants safe and mobile. It began as a distributor of Rodgard runflat systems and has since expanded into vehicle mobility, safety and security products for armoured and special-purpose vehicles. The company distributes several lines on an exclusive basis, including MOVIT brake systems and Hutchinson VFI runflats, and is the official European distributor of Skydex blast mitigation products. It also develops its own products in collaboration with partners, including TSS Heavy-Duty Wheels, the TSS ProtecTank fuel tank system and intercom and siren systems. Its offering covers runflat systems, heavy-duty wheels and tyres, brakes, suspension, fuel tank protection, intercoms, blast mats, spare parts, fitment training and service. Products are tested at institutions such as TNO, TÜV, IABG and Beschussamt. The company serves armoured civilian vehicles as well as armed forces, special forces, police, border patrol and cash-in-transit operators. It is run by the second generation of the founding family.
