ACER is a non-profit association based in Craiova, Romania working on science & research.

ACER is a Romanian professional association for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). It promotes the EMC field in Romania by supporting related initiatives, contributing to technical standards and regulatory proposals, and organising national and international scientific and technical events. It also publishes the Buletinul ACER, maintains EMC terminology and information resources, and runs open days and talks for students and interested members of the public. Its membership is open to legal entities and individuals and is funded by membership fees. Its seat is in Craiova.
