Founded in 1993, AÇEV is a non-governmental organisation based in İstanbul, Turkey working on education, children & youth, gender equality.

AÇEV (Anne Çocuk Eğitim Vakfı) is a Turkish non-governmental foundation founded in 1993 that works to ensure every young child grows up safe, healthy, supported and learning. Its work centres on early childhood education, delivered through research-based programmes for children, parents and young women across Turkey. The foundation designs programmes based on needs research, implements them with partners, and evaluates their outcomes. Its offerings include parenting programmes for mothers and fathers, a women's empowerment programme, early literacy initiatives, a children's book set, and a mobile app for child development. Volunteer educators support many programmes, and the foundation runs awareness and advocacy campaigns on early childhood education. Its work has also extended to programmes in Belgium, France, Germany and Bahrain, and it responded to the 2020 Elazığ earthquake with a mobile service project. The foundation is headquartered in Kağıthane, Istanbul.
