It works to achieve social equity by promoting the rights and specific interests of minorities and the most disadvantaged groups. It does this through designing and implementing projects and initiatives that empower its target groups. The organisation also promotes cultural diversity, active citizenship, and non-formal education, and runs volunteer and fundraising engagement opportunities at national and international level. It offers monitoring and guidance to people who want to develop their own events or projects in support of its mission.
