Its members are mainly micro and small businesses, largely traditional shops and emerging local projects. The association organises public events such as street festivals, workshops, guided heritage visits and campaigns to attract visitors to the area. It also runs the COL.ECO project, which supports local entrepreneurs and unemployed people through incubation, training and a collaborative shop, and offers free consulting and training to members. Its work is based in Coimbra, Portugal.
