ASLM is a non-profit association based in Brașov, Romania working on health, medical research.

ASLM, the Academic Society of Lifestyle Medicine, is a non-profit association registered in Romania and based in Brașov. It promotes lifestyle medicine as a standard of clinical practice in Romania, working to prevent and treat chronic disease through continuing medical education, scientific research and interdisciplinary collaboration. Its work centres on six pillars: balanced nutrition, physical activity, quality sleep, stress management, healthy social connections and avoiding harmful substances. It brings together physicians, researchers and health professionals, runs congresses, webinars and courses, publishes the journal Lifestyle Medicine Research & Reviews (LMRR), and provides evidence-based educational content for health professionals and the public.
