It promotes physical and sports activities for all age groups, with a focus on social inclusion, health and active participation. The association does not train high-performance athletes; instead it runs European and local projects funded by European funds that promote mass sport and recreation for community members. Its work includes the BeActive European Week of Sport, MOVE Week, the HEPA Olympics schools project, inclusion projects for people with disabilities, refugees and prisoners, and youth mentoring. It works with volunteers, schools and partner organisations in Romania and across Europe, and is based in Suceava.
