The association advocates for a regulated, ethical framework for medicinal cannabis and CBD in Romania and the EU, promotes access to treatments for patients, and runs the EXPO La Cânepă trade fair and conference. It also offers personalised CBD dosing estimates to members and supports the RPCR blockchain registry project. Its activities are funded through membership fees, donations and the redirection of 3.5% of personal income tax.
