The Associação de Juventude de Candelária is a non-profit association founded in 1995 in the parish of Candelária, municipality of Ponta Delgada, on São Miguel island, Azores, Portugal. It changed its legal regime in 2002 to an Instituição de Solidariedade Social. It provides childcare and leisure centres, in-home support for older people and adults, and a day centre for older people, serving Candelária, Sete Cidades, Feteiras, Ginetes and Mosteiros. It also runs youth, cultural and sports activities, weeks of youth and cultural events, and regional, national and international exchanges.
