Association QUALITEL

Founded in 1974, Association QUALITEL is a non-profit association based in Paris, France working on housing & homelessness, science & research.

QUALITEL is an independent, non-profit association founded in 1974 at the initiative of the French State Secretariat for Housing. It works to improve housing quality in France so that homes are comfortable, healthy, safe and sustainable for everyone. Its activities include public information and advice on buying, renovating, building and maintaining homes; housing certification through its certification body CERQUAL Qualitel Certification, which runs the NF Habitat label; research, evaluation and expertise; and professional training. Its services are aimed at the general public, housing professionals, developers, landlords and local authorities. The group also runs a endowment fund, the Fonds de dotation QUALITEL, which supports housing access for disadvantaged people, training and scientific research. Its structure includes CERQUAL, QUALITEL Expertise, QUALITEL Solutions and QUALITEL Formation.
