AutisMedi, also known as the Autism Medical Institute in Turkey, is a non-profit organisation based in Güzelbahçe, İzmir, with a virtual institute structure. It aims to train professionals such as physicians, educators and other specialists working in autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, and to raise awareness among families and the public. Its work includes certified training programmes, seminars, conferences, workshops, support for scientific research, and publication of educational materials. It takes a multidisciplinary approach through a volunteer-based scientific advisory board drawn from medical, educational and sports science fields, and works with autism federations and associations. Its stated aim is to address the full autism spectrum and related chronic conditions holistically.
