Avatud Lootuse Fond is an Estonian foundation (sihtasutus) founded in 2018 that works to improve the quality of life of Estonian people and to promote family and Christian values. Its main focus is the rehabilitation of people affected by alcohol, drug and medication addiction. It supports and runs a range of services, including counselling for addicts and their families, experience-based counselling for clients of the Tallinn sobering centre, and support for non-residential and residential Christian rehabilitation centres. It also runs a small-project fund for rehabilitation organisations, a round table of rehabilitation centre leaders, and the Rehabilitation Academy seminar series for addiction specialists. The foundation is active in Estonia and has provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
