It owns and maintains six residential estates in several Zürich districts, including Riedtli, Letten, Buchegg, Hard, Hotze and Unterstrass. Its stated aim is to provide affordable, well-maintained housing for people of all ages and household types, with a particular focus on families. The cooperative plans renovation and new-build projects through a long-term development plan (Bauleitbild), gives members a say in building projects, and reports that it pursues no profit-oriented goals.
