Brandforsk

Founded in 2019, Brandforsk is a grant-making foundation based in Sweden working on science & research, community development.

Brandforsk is a Swedish fundraising foundation that works for a fire-safe society built on knowledge. It initiates and finances research and knowledge development in fire safety, disseminates the results so they are useful in practice, and runs a doctoral school and student scholarships. It is financed by contributions from support organisations such as insurance companies and rescue services, and it succeeded the Brandskyddsföreningen-led association that operated for about 40 years.
