The centre mediates between employers and job seekers, runs a school of trades for young people and adults, and offers training matched to employer requirements. It also works with companies on corporate social responsibility programmes that widen recruitment pools, and provides human resource development and career planning services. Its stated focus is professional development and decent work for young people and adults in Romania and abroad.
