The Centrum Psychologiczno-Pastoralne METANOIA is a Catholic counselling centre established by decree of the Bishop of Płock in 2002. It offers psychological, pedagogical, marriage and family, addiction and mediation counselling, as well as pre-marriage courses, training and workshops. Services are provided to individuals, couples, families, children and young people, including residents of the Płock city-commune and the Ciechanów district, who can access free specialist advice under local agreements. The centre also runs individual and group therapy, support groups for parents, free legal advice, and a consultation point for people harmed within the Church. Its main site is in Płock, with a branch in Ciechanów.
