Clubture is a non-profit network based in Zagreb, Croatia working on arts & culture, democracy & civil society, community development.

Clubture is a national network of independent cultural and arts associations based in Zagreb, Croatia, comprising around 70 member organisations of varying size and scope. The network works to strengthen the independent cultural sector through programme networking, cooperation between organisations and sectors, and organisational development. It promotes decentralisation and balanced cultural development across all regions of Croatia, aiming to ensure that people can actively participate in contemporary culture and the arts. It also advocates for public cultural policies, including calls for increased and structurally secured funding for culture at EU and national level, and runs research and knowledge-transfer activities such as reports on the allocation of cultural spaces and policy forums. The network operates within a cultural democracy framework, seeing culture as a tool for social transformation.
