Val kulture is a non-profit association based in Zagreb, Croatia working on arts & culture, heritage, education.

Val kulture is a Croatian association that promotes art, culture and cultural heritage across Croatia. It organises the LegendFest festival of legends and myths, which has been held in several regions including Poljica, Pićan and Veliki Tabor, along with the LegendArt and LegendExpo projects. The association also runs Art Pullover, an art and cultural market in Zagreb, and supports the Creative Writing Centre (CeKaPe) with workshops for children, young people and adults. Its activities include exhibitions of Croatian painters such as Ivo Šebalj and Ivo Friščić, publications, lectures, concerts and heritage tours. The association describes its mission as promoting culture and art, democracy and multiculturalism at local, regional and national levels. It also participates in regional cultural networks, including the Klaster puteva kulture, and is linked to European cultural routes.
