Founded in 2014, KAoperativa is a non-profit network based in Karlovac, Croatia working on arts & culture, community development.

KAoperativa is a network of cultural non-profit associations in Karlovac, Croatia. It is organised as the Savez udruga KAoperativa, an alliance formed in December 2014 from an informal advocacy platform launched in 2012. The network works to improve conditions for the development and work of the local independent cultural scene, with a focus on access to space. Its nine member organisations run festivals and events in Karlovac, and the alliance is pursuing the establishment of the Hrvatski dom social-cultural centre through advocacy and participatory management.
