Corações Com Coroa

Founded in 2012, Corações Com Coroa is a non-governmental organisation based in Lisboa, Portugal working on gender equality, human rights.

Associação Corações Com Coroa (CCC) is a non-profit development NGO founded in 2012 and based in Lisbon, Portugal, with NGO for Development status since 2013. It works to defend human rights, with a focus on empowering girls and women through social and psychological support, education, awareness and advocacy. Its work addresses domestic and gender-based violence, gender equality as a route out of poverty and social exclusion, and the inclusion of people in vulnerable situations. It runs programmes such as MOCEPP for migrant women, Flying Seeds and school-based initiatives, and sells pins and jewellery to fund its projects.
