Diversity Poland Foundation

Founded in 2019, Diversity Poland Foundation is a non-governmental organisation based in Gdańsk, Poland working on human rights, lgbtq+, employment & skills.

Fundacja Diversity Polska is a Polish foundation founded in April 2019 in Gdańsk. It works to improve the quality of life of people from minority groups and those at risk of social exclusion, including on grounds of age, sex or gender identity, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability, and sexual orientation. The foundation combats primary, secondary and organisational discrimination and promotes cultural diversity. Its activities include educational conferences such as the Business with Diversity series, webinars, training and workshops on diversity management and anti-discrimination for companies and institutions, support for setting up employee networks, and social campaigns, including solidarity actions and interviews on LGBT topics. It also runs the Diversity Network for employers and a youth programme for young adults in suicidal crisis. Its work is centred on Gdańsk and the Tricity area, with events also held in Warsaw.
