Founded in 2012, EDGE is a non-profit association based in Roma, Italy working on lgbtq+, human rights, employment & skills.
EDGE is an Italian non-profit social promotion association founded in 2012, bringing together LGBTQ+ business leaders, professionals and their allies. It works for the inclusion and rights of LGBTQ+ people in Italian society and workplaces through networking, advocacy towards companies and institutions, research such as workplace surveys, awareness campaigns and European projects. Its activities are based in Italy and extend to partners in several European countries.
