EEDA n.o.

EEDA n.o. is a non-governmental organisation based in Kalná nad Hronom, Slovakia working on science & research, education, human rights.

Východoeurópska agentúra pre rozvoj n.o. (EEDA n.o.) is a Slovak non-profit association that provides generally beneficial services under Act No. 213/1997 Coll. on non-profit organisations. Its activities centre on organising international scientific and practical conferences, running an academic publishing programme (monographs, proceedings, journals and textbooks), and arranging internships, study cooperation, expert seminars and roundtables. It cooperates with Slovak, European and international institutions, universities and professional bodies, mainly with partners in Ukraine, and also in Poland, Serbia, the Czech Republic and other countries in the region. Thematic areas covered by its events and publications include education, psychology, security and anti-corruption, law, economics and business, tourism, and European integration. The agency also commemorates historical events such as the Roma Holocaust memorial day. The organisation is based in Kalná nad Hronom, Slovakia.
