Fleksjobber Netværket is a non-profit, volunteer-driven national network in Denmark for people assigned to the flexjob scheme (fleksjob), employers, job centres and others interested in the scheme. Founded in 2009, it aims to bring employers and flexjob holders closer together, share knowledge and promote inclusion and diversity in the Danish labour market. Its activities include a knowledge portal with articles, guides and a links database, a flexjob salary calculator, and the annual Fleksjobberdagen event held in collaboration with partner organisations. Through the Mangfoldighedsklubben, companies and organisations working on diversity and inclusion can make their efforts visible. The network offers free access to its resources and events, and is funded mainly through private donations and corporate partnerships, without party-political affiliation.
