Fondazione ANT Franco Pannuti ETS is a non-profit foundation based in Bologna, Italy, founded in 1978 by oncologist Franco Pannuti. It provides free specialist medical and socio-health care at home for people with cancer and their families, through multidisciplinary teams of doctors, nurses and psychologists present in several Italian regions. It also runs free cancer prevention visits (melanoma, thyroid, breast, gynaecological, testicular, oral cavity and other screenings) using clinics and a mobile unit, conducts palliative care and oncology research, trains health professionals and volunteers, and raises funds through donations, legacies and solidarity gifts. The foundation is registered in the Italian Single National Register of the Third Sector and reports that a significant share of its income comes from private sources. Volunteers support fundraising, events and patient assistance, while medical care is delivered by paid, trained professionals.
