Fonden GRO is a foundation based in Næstved, Denmark working on gender equality, children & youth, justice & legal aid.

Fonden GRO is a Danish non-profit foundation based in Næstved that runs a women's crisis centre for women and children exposed to violence in close relationships. The foundation provides crisis accommodation, safety planning, socio-pedagogical support and violence-specialist counselling, including outreach counselling for those affected by violence and their relatives. It also runs group psychoeducation, public awareness work and volunteer activities with residents. The foundation is governed by a board and a daily manager, and is supervised under Danish social supervision rules.
