For You Telecare Family Service, also known as FUTFS, is a Korean Canadian non-profit based in North York, Toronto. Established in 1999 as a call service center, it provides counselling, education and outreach services for children, youth, parents, seniors, single parents, persons with disabilities and hospice patients in the Greater Toronto Area. Its work includes free individual and family counselling, a 24-hour crisis line, and programmes to help newcomers navigate language and cultural barriers and settle in Canada. It also runs youth summer programmes, senior engagement activities such as art, writing and music workshops, leadership and volunteer training, and outreach visits to isolated people in partnership with other social service agencies. The organisation is volunteer-driven and seeks to narrow the generation gap and strengthen participation in both Korean and Canadian communities.
