Foro Agua, Alimentos y Sostenibilidad (FAAS) is a Spanish non-profit association founded to promote food and water security and sustainable primary-sector infrastructure in Spain. It monitors food safety and quality, the sustainability of agricultural and food production, and water infrastructure, including reservoirs, irrigation and the integrated water cycle. It produces studies, statistical indicators and proposals for public administrations at municipal, provincial, regional and national level, and promotes climate adaptation policies. It also organises talks, debates and congresses, and has taken part in public consultations and legal challenges against dam demolitions, such as La Retorna and Queiles II. The association is headquartered in Madrid and its statutes state that its territorial scope is all of Spain.
