Fundación Vira is a charity based in Medellín, Colombia working on elderly care, health.

Fundación Vira is a non-profit foundation based in La Candelaria, Medellín, Colombia. It provides home, family, health care, nutrition and well-being services to elderly people in situations of abandonment or vulnerability, including those in the San Diego area of Medellín. Its services include a nursing and specialised gerontology clinic, and a team of gerontologist, psychologist, physiotherapist and nutritionist. Activities include recreational, therapeutic and workshop programmes, and the foundation raises funds through the sale of homemade meals and food products, donations, events and volunteering. The foundation was founded in honour of an elderly woman who was taken in by the founder's family, and has supported elderly people for 23 years.
