Fundacja Dziewięciu Braci is a Polish foundation founded in 2020 on the initiative of a large family in Kalisz. It works to help large families, students, socially excluded people and businesses, and also supports cultural and sports events. Its best-known work is the Fabryka Samodzielności training series for young people aged 15-29 in Kalisz and the surrounding area, which aims to build confidence, self-presentation skills and job-market readiness. It also runs the Friend In Need app for refugees in Poland, a mentoring programme for pupils who struggle with schoolwork, and offers support to people who want to carry out social projects, including help with funding, implementation and evaluation. The foundation relies on volunteers and mentors and receives funding from public programmes and individual donations.
