Fundacja Moc Kobiet is a Polish foundation based in Warsaw, established in 2022 after five years of pro bono activity under the Moc Kobiet name. It aims to strengthen women's potential in professional and personal life through education, support networks, and promotion of diversity and equal opportunities. Its main activities include the Widzialne programme for women's professional and entrepreneurial development, the Archipelag Kobiet network of local support groups across Poland, the F.O.R.C.E. programme for people in detention, coaching and mentoring, and publishing, including the assertiveness workbook Alfabet asertywności. The foundation also runs the SolidarniePL conference and the Kobiety na wybory voter-participation campaign, and its podcast Anatomia Mocy. It works mainly in Poland and states it may operate abroad where needed for its goals. Its work includes entrepreneurship promotion, local community development and combating unemployment, alongside the protection of human rights and civil liberties.
