Fundacja PEStka is a foundation based in Kielce, Poland, active mainly in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Its mission is to build the capacity of the non-governmental sector and to promote social inclusion through comprehensive, professional support for people in need and for organisations. It runs the Kielecko-Ostrowiecki Ośrodek Wsparcia Ekonomii Społecznej (KOOWES), which supports social economy entities, social enterprises and initiative groups with advisory services, funding information, grants and microgrants. The foundation also operates the Centrum Organizacji Pozarządowych in Kielce, Social Integration Clubs and a social economy incubator. Its areas of work include social reintegration and employment, support for families, social assistance, health promotion, support for people with disabilities, seniors and civic engagement. Activities are partly co-financed by EU and national public funds.
