Fundacja Speleologia Polska is a Polish non-profit foundation established in 2010 to support caving in Poland and abroad. It finances and promotes cave exploration, scientific research, training and educational activities in speleology, and cave protection. It awards the annual Waldek Mucha Prize for the year's most notable cave exploration achievement and runs Projekt Valbona, an international expedition programme in the Albanian Alps. The foundation also supports cave rescue work, including the Grupa Ratownictwa Jaskiniowego, and assists victims of caving accidents and their families. Donations are collected through 1.5% tax designations and the foundation is open to cavers regardless of club membership. It also supports the cave bat hibernaculum Szachownica nature reserve work through documentation and publication activities.
