Fundacja Tęczowe Rodziny is a Polish foundation based in Poznań that works for rainbow families, meaning families headed by same-sex or gender-diverse parents, and their children. It is presented as the only organisation in Poland whose main goal is to improve the safety and wellbeing of children raised by non-heteronormative parents. Its work includes free psychological support for LGBT people, their families and activist allies, training for professionals such as teachers, psychologists, doctors and officials who work with families, and public awareness activities promoting knowledge about rainbow families. It also runs networking and integration workshops, advocates for legal recognition of rainbow families and for protection against discrimination, and gathers children's and parents' stories. The foundation has submitted demands to the Ministry of Equality and works with partners including the Poznań city authorities and academic institutions.
