It manages EU-funded projects in areas including employment, vocational training, social economy and community development, and runs campaigns against discrimination. Its activity focuses on Brașov county, especially the peripheral communities of Brașov municipality, and it is also active in Bucharest and the Centre and Bucharest-Ilfov regions. The foundation carries out sociological research to identify areas at risk of marginalisation and selects public and private partners for its funding applications.
