About

Fundația Europeană Titulescu is a foundation based in București, Romania working on science & research, arts & culture.

The Fundația Europeană Titulescu (FET) is a Bucharest-based foundation that runs the Centrul de Studii Strategice (CSS), an independent body producing strategic studies and analyses on foreign policy, international security and Romania's interests, with attention to emerging trends and long-term effects at global and regional level. The foundation also runs a historical research centre, established in 2015, which seeks to build a research programme on history and foreign policy and to draw in students from final years of socio-humanities faculties. Its activities include public debates, round tables, official visits and the launch of books, including historical and literary works, held mostly at the Casa Titulescu in Bucharest. The foundation is presided over by Adrian Năstase and publishes a quarterly bulletin on its activities. It is supported through donations, a 2% tax redirection option and sponsorships from companies such as Grampet Group and Grup Primacons.
