It supports children, young people, families, seniors and migrants in crisis, and strengthens local communities. Its work includes children's homes and family-support places, training flats, a neighbourhood house in Orunia with senior clubs, a support programme with electronic alarm bracelets for seniors, and migrant integration initiatives. It also runs social enterprises, including social cafés and a sports club, that provide internships and first jobs for young people from childcare institutions, and a local news portal, MojaOrunia.pl. The foundation offers volunteering and corporate employee volunteering programmes.
