Gönnerverein Schweizer Tafel is a non-profit association based in Kerzers, Switzerland working on poverty & hunger.

The Gönnerverein Schweizer Tafel is the supporters' association of the Schweizer Tafel, a Swiss foundation that rescues surplus food and distributes it free of charge to social institutions that serve people in need. The association raises funds for the foundation through membership fees, donations, legacies and events, most notably the annual national Suppentag (soup day) fundraising campaign held in November in several Swiss regions. Its regional groups cover Zentralschweiz, Aargau/Solothurn, Basel, Bern, Ostschweiz and Zürich. Board members and members work on a voluntary basis. The association also organises events such as Tasting not Wasting dinners and lunches, with the aim of raising awareness of food waste and food poverty in Switzerland.
