Gradionica is a non-governmental organisation founded in 2019 in Bar, Montenegro. It works to promote and improve public goods, material heritage and the environment through design, architecture, urbanism, fine arts and information technology. Its activities include urban regeneration, tactile paving for visually impaired people, urban gardening, playscape redesign with children, support for the local independent cultural scene, and promotion of cultural heritage and sustainable use of natural and cultural resources. It runs projects with local institutions and partners across the Western Balkans and cross-border with Italy and Albania under Interreg.
