It works to increase sustainability and social inclusion, running projects for asylum seekers, women, elderly people and newly arrived residents. Its Språkvän project pairs newcomers with long-term residents for Swedish practice and friendship, and its Seniorvän project offers seniors social activities. The association is run largely by volunteers and offers membership, corporate partnership and volunteering.
