Hjertetouren

Founded in 2015, Hjertetouren is a non-profit association based in Brønshøj, Denmark working on health, medical research.

Hjertetouren is a volunteer association in Denmark that organises an annual 24-hour charity cycling event. Riders and sponsors raise money for the Danish Heart Association (Hjerteforeningen) and the Children's Heart Foundation (Børnehjertefonden), which support research, prevention, counselling and patient support for heart and vascular disease and children with heart conditions. The event is held at Flyvestation Værløse, and funds raised are passed on in full to the beneficiary organisations. The 2024 event was announced as the tenth and currently final Hjertetour in its current form.
