Hope Ukraine Foundation ETS is an international humanitarian organisation founded in 2022 with a strong connection to the Ukrainian people. It began with emergency aid for people affected by the war in Ukraine, including shelter for refugees, food, medicines and essential goods. Its work has since expanded to long-term recovery: healthcare, rehabilitation for veterans and amputees (including prosthesis and psychological support), educational opportunities for children, community rebuilding such as debris removal, clean water and humanitarian demining, and support for women refugees' employability in Italy through the EU-co-funded SIMPLE project. The foundation is based in Padova, Italy, and states an aim to extend aid beyond Ukraine to other regions affected by war, displacement and disaster. It is funded through donations, including the Italian 5x1000 tax allocation, and by European Union funding.
